How to Place an Order

  • Email us from the form on the contact us page letting us know you are ready to place an order and give us a good phone number to call you back and a salesperson will call you and help you with placing your order with us.

  • Send us an email with your name, delivery/shipping address, phone number, quantity and descriptions including color of the items you want to order. Once we receive your order we will make an invoice and email it to you. The invoice can then be paid directly from the invoice by e-check directly from your checking account or you may mail us a personal check, business check, cashiers check, or money order along with a copy of your invoice to pay for your order.

How to Get a Sales Quote

  • Email us letting us letting us know what you would like to get a quote on? Make sure you include  the item or items descriptions and quantities, your name, phone number and if you are also wanting a quote for shipping and delivery please include your shipping / delivery address. We will get you a quote and email you back within 24 hours during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8-4.

Payment Information On Finished Cabins

  • We expect 25% payment at the time you place your order, 50% more at 30 days from purchase, and the final 25% before delivery. 

  • Your order invoice can be paid directly from the invoice by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, e-check directly from your checking account or you may mail us a personal check, business check, cashiers check, or money order along with a copy of your invoice to pay for your order. We also take cash or checks if you are paying in person at our sales office.

  • All Cabin orders are non refundable once we have started making the cabin.

Unfinished Cabins

  • Depending on your order usually 5-6 weeks from purchase

 

 Finished Cabins

  • 12 to 16 weeks from purchase

Building Permits and Zoning

  • It is the customers responsibility get any building permits or zoning permits through their county planing office prior to placing an order for one of our buildings.

  • If you order a building custom or not and once the building is built and you find out you can not get a permit or have the building because of zoning it will then be your responsibility to sell or move your building.
